An exclusive property suitable for a large group or 2 families. Situated within walking distance of Cala Codolar and Cala Conta, this property offers privacy and comfort with great facilities. The property boasts 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning, 2 indoor bathrooms, 2 outdoor shower rooms and 2 lounge/dining rooms, each lounge has a fully sprung double sofa bed. There are 2 kitchen areas each equipped with fridge, microwave grill and small hob.

A beautiful walled garden surrounds the property, with private pool and sun terrace, sun beds, brollies and 2 BBQ areas.

Pool and sundeck: The large pool and sun deck is a very special feature of this property.

There are steps at the shallow end of the pool with a gradual slope to a depth of 7 feet. Diving is not permitted.

The sun deck is well equipped with loungers, tables, brollies and chairs and boasts a built in barbecue.

Garden and barbecue area: To the rear of the property is a flood-lit barbecue/dining area. Both lounge areas have French doors which open on to the patio.

This area can provide a welcome relief from the heat of the sun, there are pull out canopies to provide additional shade.

  • Lettings will generally be for 7 days, but please ask if you want an alternative - it may be possible. Departure will be by 1100 and arrival after 1500 to allow time for housekeeping.A non-refundable deposit of 30% at time of booking with full payment 2 months before arrival date.A £300 security deposit will be required, which will be returned if no damage has occurred during rental.
  • Linen and towels are included in the rental. A housekeeper will change towels and linen during a stay of 2 weeks or more, and do an interim clean and tidy.

Notes: Although we prefer our guests not to smoke inside, we do not object to smokers doing so in the garden or round the pool. There are 2 lounge/dining areas in the property which can seat 10-12 people comfortably. Perfect Location, Perfect Villa

What a holiday home!!!

This villa is amazing, It is set in the most beautiful location.

The pool is amazing and the lay out of the villa is perfect with 2 seperate apartments.

This year was our 3rd year renting the villa each year we have had different needs, from young families needing travel cots to large groups of friends needing plenty of beds. Every year our needs have been met with no problem.

All i can say is thank you to the owners for sharing such a beautiful home.

We spent a week in this villa last July, there was 6 adults and 6 children, it was a first time venture for such a large amount of people and we where worried that we might have problems keeping the kids occuppied,it didnt happen the kids had a ball in the pool, the ammenities wher full on, we had everything we needed in the villa and the whole week, with the exception of our journey to the super market was spent at the villa. bottom line, strongly reccomended for small or large parties

This villa was fantastic!! I would definately rent this villa again, it is beautiful and there is a gorgeous beach just down the road. Loved every minute of being there!!!
