Unique large lakefront on Lake Christopherw/Hot tub, pool tbl nr Sunday river

What a blast!! This house is really awesome. It looked amazing on here, but it doesn't even touch what it's like in person. We had a group of 16 of us, and it was perfect. Everyone had plenty of space, and we were cramped at all. The kitchen has two glass top stoves which worked out great as well. And within a minute drive there is a store/gas station that sells pizza, subs, beer, snacks, etc. which was perfect. The drive to Sunday River was not bad at all. We definitely plan on coming back here. House is great for big groups or families.

I have been a returning renter for the last 6 years.
Every year we try to rent a house during the winter/summer for a nice long weekend. 6 years ago my brother rented Bryant Pond for the first time and we loved it. The open floor plan for the house is what makes it so perfect. The kitchen is pretty much in the center of the house, with two living rooms to each side, which makes it awesome for the cooks to be part of the entertainment. Wether you are grilling or cooking, you are never alone. There are plenty of room in the bedrooms and there are some very quiet bedrooms that are away from the center of the house which is perfect for those who want quiet time. The house might not be the most modern but it sure is perfect for entertaining and having a good time. There is a great porch in the back facing the lake that has a great view and awesome for some "nature" time. Hot tub is a great extra perk as well. We seem to keep coming back to this house. The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with. He has been great with responding to any problems right away and solving them. We have never been bothered during any of our stay.

I think one MAJOR factor here is that this house is BIG and very affordable. In todays economy its not easy to go away without spending a fortune, but I find it easy to split the costs of this house with my friends and enjoy a nice little get away with some quiet time away from the everyday life without emptying our pockets.

We usually go up with about 20 people. Some go skiing, some snow mobile, some go snow tubing, some have even gone horse back riding and no complaints at all.

We look forward to one year coming back during the summer. We have yet to experience that beautiful lake when its not frozen!

22 of us rented this wonderful house for a week and could not be happier. Everything was awesome. We enjoyed the hot tub, the yard, the fire pit, the lake, the pool table, the kitchen, the deck and everything else. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and they even racked the pool table for us. The owner is very nice, accommodating and interested in making sure you have a good time. We were worried that we might get bored during the week but we were very wrong. There is plenty to both in the house and out in the surrounding area. As the chef of the group, I had a great time in the kitchen and on the grill. You can easily fit more than 20 burgers or more than 10 pounds of steak on the grill and the kitchen has everything you need. The ride up was very easy with no one in our large group getting lost (which is quite a feat). Basically everything about this house was great.
