Unlike places with six-unit buildings, you have room, peace and quiet. Nobody above or below you. Coolidge Falls is the nicest community at Loon. 4. Exceptional mountain views, even from the first floor. First floor: two bedrooms, one queen bed, one with double bed and bunks - perfect for kids. A large full bath and washer and dryer. Foyer with plenty of room for skis and gear, plus a very large closet. Second Floor: Full kitchen with everything you need. All utensils, pots and pans plus first-quality tableware/glasses etc. Microwave and dishwasher.

Mark and Kathy,
This was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! The Chalet is equipped with everything you could ever need. We loved the refrigerator with the water and Ice maker. The views are amazing from everywhere in the house. We did so many things on our vacation, including Storyland, The Flume, Cannon Mountain and Whale's Tale. We enjoyed the pools and the hottubs so much. This is a gorgeous place with so much around it. We loved the pools with no deep end to play basketball in. Every day was wonderful, even if it rained a little. I would definitely come back here and I would highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you for being great hosts and giving us the opportunity to enjoy your home.

Great Place-Great Location

My family and I had a great time staying at Mark's home. A nice bottle of wine left for our arrival was certainly a touch of class. The accommodations were excellent and very affordable. The bus transportation to and from the mountain, pool and hot tubs, fireplace made it a memorable time. Easy and fun, with nice local restaurants too.

A great vacation just across from Loon

Our two families have been spending Christmas together, skiing and boarding at Loon for many years. This was one of our favorite places to stay. The location was great (right across from Loon)- we could see the slopes from the windows of the condo. The condo was in good condition and has access to the best fitness center/ pool of any of the places we've stayed and is reasonably priced for the area. The owners were very pleasant and responsive by email and phone. I hope we'll be able to stay there again next time.

Coolidge Falls Loon Chalet

In June, my husband, 3 children (ages 10, 8, and 5) and I spent a wonderful week vacationing at this property at Coolidge Falls. Everything from the description of the unit on this sight, to the owner's excellent customer service, to the well maintained and well stocked condo itself was right on. We were in a great location to visit all the local attractions. The week itself was rather rainy but we enjoyed the indoor pools/hot tubs and gym. We were very close to a local theater and area shopping. On the nice days, we were able to visit Clarks Trading Post, Lost River Gorge, and Six Gun City. I would highly recommend this rental property. Our family would love to go back and quite possibly in the winter. It is in a prime location to ski Loon Mountain.

Better than home

Spent a week at Loon Chalet. It lived up to our expectations. Very comfortable, clean, well maintained very well equipped. Other than buying groceries you don't need to take anything with you. The owners were great, welcoming and very helpful.
Without hesitation I would recommend this property !
