You can truly have it all here with the perfect location, convenient but quiet and private. Two big private oceanfront decks (bi-level) for sunbathing and outside dining. Beach access is only 100 ft away. Located in Leucadia, a small beach community just a block away from restaurants, etc. Just 10 minutes from Del Mar Race Track, Legoland, incredible golf. Just 30 minutes from Seaworld or the San Diego Zoo. Ideal quiet romantic getaway also with plenty of family activities nearby.

The homes along the ocean in Encinitas, including this home, are located on a bluff overlooking the ocean. This means you have to walk down to the beach along a nice switchback path. The path is suitable for young and old people. With the house being on the bluff, you will enjoy maximum privacy and quiet from the home and the bi-level oceanfront decks overlooking the water.
