4 bedroom Cottage for 10 people at the center of a rural town

We are Nacho and Sandra, two people passionate about our craft work. We want to convey, our experiences through our house and our courses. The tranquility, contact with nature, and the good atmosphere that permeates the house; are the highest values ​​we have and we would like to share with you. We have a house in Rural Tourism Category Superior, with ten seats.

Want to meet ?. We have restored this house with great enthusiasm and love. We look forward to sharing our experience with you. Inside the house, doors, furniture and other details are hand: carved doors, headboards, tables, handles, cupboards. Other restored. We have four rooms, a common room and a kitchen at your disposal. Oh !!, but we have no TV, Can you live a few days without it? try, we assure you is a very interesting experience. You will not be bored.

This home has a lot of history:

It is built in an old farmhouse. In the restoration of the house has been respected traditional local materials: where stone and wood are the protagonists. This has resulted in a very nice, comfortable, high quality home. The exterior walls are of local stone with grout colored lime mortar, windows and solid wood doors. Double glazing.

The common spaces we have in the house are:

Courtyard of about 30 m² with well water, stone stairs with wrought iron railing manually forge, the stone walls and decorated with ancient tillage implements. Going up the stairs of the courtyard, just before entering the house we have a small terrace of 6 m².

  The kitchen of 6.25 m², equipped with microwave, dishwasher, propane refrigerator, and everything needed for cooking.

The living room of 21 m², has a suitable table for twelve people, twelve chairs. A restored closet where all the crockery is stored, two rocking chairs, a nightstand, a small library of books that tell us much history of folk customs area Serrablo and games.

There is a hallway that leads to the second floor by a beautiful staircase solid elm and wrought iron railing. A bath, 2 m² with toilet and basin, located in the hallway.

Realmente vale la pena visitar esta preciosa casa rural. Desde el portón de entrada a los toalleros del lavabo son espectaculares, una joya de la artesanía. Madera, hierro,cerámica, decoración, bisutería y cocina son artes que no se les resisten a los propietarios de esta casa. El pueblo ideal para los niños porque pueden corretear por sus calles y descubrir un montón de bonitos rincones. La zona ideal para excursiones, la Cuniacha un parque increíble donde los animales estan en su propio habitat sin jaulas.
Sandra y Nacho son gente muy hospitalaria, simpáticos y agradables. Los niños estuvieron encantados con Sandra porque les enseñó el pueblo, el huerto, incluso hicieron palomitas de su propio maíz.
Los talleres que organizan son muy divertidos para toda la família.

Angel Orensanz Sabinyanigo museum and arts Serrablo

The house of the nineteenth century (1810-1830) known as fuller house is home to this museum which opened in 1979 The building project began in 1975 and was driven by the association Serrablo friends, the sculptor Angel Orensanz the town council. In 1998 the expansion of the museum was inaugurated with an annexe, connected to the main with a passageway.

The ground floor reproduce the various departments in a Pyrenean house with all his belongings. On the second floor dedicated to handicrafts stays combine with own rooms in the house. In the old barn, has installed a playful Pedrón space dedicated to the famous imp Serrablo. The top floor is dedicated to the sculptures donated by Angel Orensanz and sculpture competition awards the museum organizes biannually.

Museum drawing 'Gavin July

Larrés Castle, located in the nucleus of the same name, is a late medieval fifteenth century building restored by the association 'Serrablo friends' and opened in 1986 to house the museum drawing 'Julio Gavin'.

The rooms of the museum are arranged in 14 rooms in which are on public display 350 works, of the 3000 that currently make up the background. The artistic drawing, humor, comics and illustration is the protagonist Castle Larrés with works by some of the most important contemporary artists such as Dali and Zuloaga, through Penagos or Freixas, to representatives of the avant-garde as warrior or José Martín chirino and comics and humor as Ibañez or Mingote.

Downstairs rooms one and two are dedicated to temporary exhibitions, usually held in the summer months. A new feature along this summer, on the ground floor the `small espacio' is located, a space in which children can develop further their artistic skills by drawing in the museum.

  • Prices for double rooms are 80 euros per night including mountain breakfast in high season.
    Low season 60 euros or 70 euros without breakfast with breakfast. Each room has its own bathroom.
    Prices for triples is 40 euros per person per night in high season, including breakfast or 30 euros per person per night without breakfast in pleasant offseason. Minimum 2 nights.
