El Salvador penthouse- duplex is in a three-storey building occupying the second and third floor of the same, situated in a privileged location in the historic center of Seville in Plaza del Salvador with incredible views of the square and the church of the Savior, five minutes walk from the Giralda and the Cathedral, next to the Town Hall. It consists of a deluxe suite with full bath, twin beds, fitted wardrobes. One bedroom with double bed nest overlooking the Savior and a penthouse luxury living room on the 3rd floor with full bath, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave), sofa bed for 2 people, TV 32 "dining table and chairs for six and two magnificent terraces overlooking the Savior. Air conditioning in all rooms, thermal and sound insulation metalwork, marble floors, Grohe faucets in bathrooms. Occupation from 4-6 people in Holiday for 2 nights 1 mes..Para an occupation of 7-8 people ask for an additional bedroom suite type found on the first floor of the building.

The attic is a perfect place to spend a few days holiday in Seville, in the heart of the city with all shopping centers and historic buildings, windows, balconies and two terraces that give an amazing light and opposite the Church of the Savior site it's a show and illuminated at night view from our terrace, its size is considered the second cathedral of Seville

Beautiful Apartment/Great Location

First of all, the good news. This is a beautiful apartment on a lovely plaza in the old section of Seville. A wonderful location from which to explore Santa Cruz and the various sights of Seville. We walked everywhere and were never all that far from the apartment. The private terrace was wonderful for relaxing and sitting listening to the sounds from the plaza below. We could see the Salvador Church across the plaza from our terrace. A very special experience.

The apartment itself is beautiful and modern and spotless. The stairs are steep and the apartment is spread on two floors. However, it was not an issue and we thoroughly enjoyed the rather unusual layout. The wireless worked perfectly.

Our only complaint would be that the owners were not very responsive before we got there (emails took a while to answer and then did not necessarily answer the question). It is not an easy place for those unfamiliar to Seville to find and a good address and directions would have helped a lot. If you rent this apartment; park your car at the edge of the city or leave the train/airport and take a taxi. Tell the taxi to take you to Plaza Salvador. If you drive in, park the car in one of the underground public lots on a major street bordering the city center and take a taxi to Plaza Salvador, but be warned, even this is difficult --there are no street signs at major intersections, much less at minor ones, and the streets often change names several times in a relatively short distance. A GPS would be extremely helpful. When you get to Plaza Salvador, ask the owners to meet you where the taxis drop you off. It's just a few feet, but helps a lot! At least that's my suggestion. We finally found it with help, but if I hadn't had access to my cell phone to call them, not sure we would have. We were met by the owner's sister and her friend (who were absolutely lovely) and then later met Francisco, the owner. I can't say he was extremely welcoming or helpful, but certainly was civil and did allow us to leave our bags in his office the last morning while we went to breakfast.+

Anyway, a great apartment in a great location. Just make sure you can find it.

Really really lovely place in a fab city

This place is amazing and we really loved it. Terrace overlooking the beautiful square is the best bit. Apartment incredibly clean and tasteful. Loved the buzz of the square but the main bedroom at night was so quiet you wouldn't have known there were millions on the square partying! Perfect location. We spent all our time in Santa cruz just wandering round the backstreets. Bar Europa two mins away is outstanding and our fave tapas place (after encountering some rather bad touristy places as we were too tired to plan properly!) was Ovejas Negras on hernando colon as you head towards cathedral. Really amazing food and drink and trendy feel but staff fab.

Great location, spectacular terrace view

Cannot beat the ever-changing views from the rooftop terrace to the plaza of del Salvador. Watched 2 weddings, a drum parade, musicians in costume, a church procession and local sports fans gathering in the plaza. Time-saving tip! buy the 8 eu ticket at the cathedral in view and you not only get entry to it (2nd largest in Seville) but also the main Cathedral -- and you can by-pass the long line all the way up to the turnstile! Very pleasant and kind managers. There's a lift for the luggage - which helped a lot!

Location was great! Great restaurants along the adjoining street, Lebrija Museum (palace of the countess) is steps away. Easy walking to the Giralda Tower, Real Alcazar.

From the terrace: watched pair of kestrels, lime-green parakeets and other birds about the cathedral dome.

Highly recommend this apt for location, sights, cleanliness and convenience.

This apartment in immaculate! The stairs, elevator, flooring, bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, are new, clean, and well maintained. The location is very close to the giralda and a few minutes walking distance to many other attractions. We would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Outstanding stay in Sevilla

My family thoroughly enjoyed this apartment, its location and its design. Isabel greeted us warmly and was a pleasure to work with. The apartment had 2 separate bedrooms with a large bathroom on one floor while the top floor had a kitchen, a dining room that opened to the living room and a smaller bathroom. The terrace from this floor offered a nice view and comfortable furniture. The location was lovely, in the midst of the pedestrian area dotted with shops and restaurants. It was quiet and peaceful even when some of the restaurants in the area were lively late at night. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends with confidence. The place was very clean. Renters would need to bring their own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap - as those items were not provided and there was no toilet paper reserve - but those items could easily be purchased at a store conveniently located near the apartment. There is a washer, but no dryer. A dryer rack is provided on the terrace and items dry quickly. The only other drawback is that there isn't much shelf space in the main bathroom near the sink, even though the bathroom is quite large. We just kept toothbrushes and such in the large closet in the bedroom adjacent to the bathroom. Overall - a gem.
