PRIME OCEANFRONT SEVEN BEDROOM HOME!! APR, MAY, JUNE RENTALS

I love this house! It’s right on Minot Beach … we fell asleep listening to the Ocean, began each day walking on the private beach, and ate our lunches outside on the patio and our dinners on the screened in porch overlooking the water. The house has been in the same family for 75 years so you really feel “at home” when you’re there … nicely decorated, well maintained, clean and very charming. The woman who owns the house is lovely and was a great resource for us – full of answers and ideas for where to eat and what to do. She lives in part of the house on the first floor, but we wouldn’t have known she was there since that section of the house is separate from the rest. We only saw her as she was tending to her flowers outside. The reservation process was very easy – quick responses to my questions and additional pictures of the seven bedrooms were emailed right away. The house feels very big and there was plenty of room to spread out so we could all have our privacy and space. The street is quiet and very residential which is exactly what we wanted for our time away. The train station to Boston is only two miles from the house ... great for a day trip. As I’m looking at the beautiful rocks I collected from the beach, I’m smiling as I remember our stay. I can’t wait to go back!
