Located in Coolidge Falls, this luxury upscale townhouse is directly across the street from Loon Mountain, with a spectacular view of the slopes. It sleeps 8-10, ideal for two families to share. Four bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, 2 living rooms 1 with a cathedral ceiling and fireplace, the other a family/game room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, large heated foyer and a deck. Free shuttle to Loon Mountain lifts from your front door during the ski season. There is A/C for hot summer days and nights and access to the Village Swim and Tennis Club which has 4 pools (2 outside), 4 hot tubs ( one outside) a fullly equipped fitnes center, sauna, showers and a changing room, internet access, movie rentals, bike rentals, 12 tennis courts, a childrens play area and much more. In the Summer there is Clark's Trading Post (Bear Shows & train ride ), the Hobo Railroad with mini-golf and the Whales Tale Water Park just to name a few fun things to do. The New Zip Line is also here.

Our family loves the white Mountains and we really enjoyed our stay. This unit is very well maintained, comfortable and nicely decorated. The owner's communication was great and our security deposit was returned promptly. We greatly appreciate the owner's hospitality in letting us share their home and I wish I was still there.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
