Large and quiet room overlooking the rooftops, wardrobe, small kitchen and a second bathroom with shower and washing machine. Located on the second floor of a very characteristic in the historic Oltrarno district, near one of the most special squares of the city, a few steps from Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is ideal for a holiday in Florence to get to know all the monuments of the city and spend a holiday immersed in the daily life of a district full of history and craft shops. Away from traffic, allows you to walk in a few minutes all angles, squares and monuments that make it unique and memorable Florence.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (Euro) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • On arrival it is requested a deposit of 100 euros in cash to be paid: This amount will be refunded in full upon departure if no damage to furnishings and the building. We will deduct 50 euros if you will require a thorough cleaning of the apartment. Upon confirmation of reservation must be paid a deposit equal to 1/3 of the total, within 30 days from the date of arrival, the balance must be paid or received by any renunciation. Such a waiver if it arrives by the date indicated entitles the recovery of 20% of the amount sent in advance. It does not include final cleaning amounting to EUR 20.00.
  • At the moment of the registration / check-in will be required to caution / deposit of 100 euros. This amount of money will be totally refund at the moment of departure, if there will not be found any damage to furnitures, and accessories to the to the apartment. Will deducted a sum of 50 euros if a Thorough cleaning will be required,. At the moment of the reservation is required for payment of 1/3 of the total amount of the rent; In order to complete the reservation, 30 days before the arrival date, the payment is required of the other 2/3 of the rental. Before this date you can cancel the reservation and have back the 20% of the partial amount sent. If, there will not be given beforethis any cancellation or the Remaining payment will not be done, the reservation will be void and there will not be, anymore, any right to even partial refund of the amountinitially sent.

Very nice apartment, good location.

Via Toscanella 5 is the perfect location to visit the city. It is located in a quite street, only 3 minutes walk away from the Ponte Vecchio, and 10 minutes from the Duomo and all the touristic main attractions. Supermarket also very near (Conad at Ponte Vecchio).

The apartment itself is very simple, but provides evrything you need to spend a few days in Italy. The kitchen is very small but you can still cook pretty much everything you need. A lot of ustensils. The bathroom is small but light and clean, and there is a washing machine (a bit old). The view by the window is very nice, you can see the roofs of Firenze while hanging up your laundry !

No AC but a ceiling fan, not very powerful though. Owners are very kind and helpful. We hope to come back again !
