A community waterfront beach and estuary serve as your private nature preserve, with walking trails and bird watching. The home has true southwest exposure providing all day sunlight and warmth and has been fully renovated to carefully maintain the historical look and feel.
Your family will enjoy recreational activities like bicycling, boating, fishing, golf, hiking, kayaking, spa, swimming, sight seeing and whale watching.
BELLEVUE FARM ESTATE
The Bellevue Farm estate is a combination of two homes located on the same 10 acre, sun drenched, waterfront estate. The Property is truly unique unreplicable in modern times.
For your use while in residence are the adjacent tennis courts / basketball court, four kayaks (two doubles and two singles) and a huge waterfront fire pit. Feel free to help yourself to any of the produce growing in the estates garden or pick apples, pears and plums from the orchard.
