Private deck wraps 50% of house with screened-in porch for rainy days and late nights. Footsteps to Forest Lake to enjoy swimming, boating, & fishing in the summer or skating and ice-fishing in the winter. Hiking available just 15 minutes away at Mt Monadnock. Northfield Mountain with 25 miles of groomed trails for x-country skiing, is 15 minutes away. Downhill skiing at Mt Snow VT or Magic Mountain just 45 minutes away. Shopping/antiquing in Keene or Brattleboro. Live the New England life! Boston only 90 miles away for those who need the city lights!   • Magnificent 3000 sq ft home nestled into the Monadnock hills. Located directly on a quiet lake. Go boating, fishing, cross country skiing, downhill skiing 45 mins away. Ice fishing or use your snowmobile on the many mountain trails. The main room in the house is 750 sq ft and is dominated by a two story Connecticut Blue Stone fireplace. Four bedrooms with 3 baths can easily accommodate 9 people.

Several Comments in our guest book: We 6 diverse woman enjoyed your beautiful warm home! We only have 'one' complaint - we have to leave!! We walked in this house and were in awe of how beautiful and big it was. Pictures just don't do it justice. . . . what a relaxing vacation. Finally the lake has frozen over. . . . we found the trails at Pisgah Park which was a great way to enjoy a family expedition. . . . thanks for sharing your house

I wish we could make this a regular vacation spot. We were in New Hampshire for our son's wedding and this was the perfect place for us and our extended family to gather. The house has LOTS of space. The great room with kitchen, fireplace and views is fabulous. Our sons and their cousins loved the lake and all the activities available.
