Comfortable apartment of 55 m² with a large terrace in a recently completely renovated building (2012) on Plaza Espanyola - L'Hospitalet (Barcelona).

Mordenly furnished and decorated and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (washing machine, refrigerator, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron), kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, bed linen (blankets, towels, sheets), TV and Wi-Fi.

Consists of:

• 1 double bedroom with bed of 150 cm.

• 1 double bedroom with bed of 135 cm.

• 1 double sofa bed

• 1 bathroom with shower cabin

• Living room with built-in kitchen

• Central heating

Located in a lively area full of shops next to the market of Collblanc. Just ten minutes walk from Football Club Barcelona (Camp Nou and Museum). Well connected to the center of the city by metro, 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya (L1 and L5 lines).
