NO OTHER HOME IN THIS AREA HAS THE RIVER FUN WE HAVE:: CHECK IT OUT!!!

I cannot say enough about this cottage experience. In fact, I am a repeat renter! We found Nana's cabin when we were researching a comfortable, clean, place in the woods on a clear, beautiful river. Nana's cabin offers that and much more! Nancy (Nana) has thought of everything! She has several lots on the river and she has provided the following: beautiful crystal clear running river, kayaks, tubes, a slide, rope swing, deck on the river, swing on the river, fire pit, 2 porches (one screened for a "bugless" experience), nice clean hot tub, hammock, feather beds, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing living & dining area, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi tub/shower, plenty of linens and towels, washer/dryer, & much more. Moreover, everything was immaculately clean! Nancy communicates with her renters and prospective renters quickly and personably. She is relaxed and easy-going, yet highly professional; which makes for easy, confident trip planning. And because she owns quite a bit of land on the bend in the river, you can tube quite a distance without having to leave her area, if you want. The screened balcony contains an eating area, rocking chairs, and a hot tub--all overlooking the river. The perfect place to relax or to headquarter while exploring the many amenities of the N GA area -- towns (including beautiful Helen), waterfalls hikes (Anna Ruby Falls, Tululah Falls Gorge, etc.), good restaurants, canoeing/tubing/kayaking and other fun activities. Nancy is careful to help you with directions to all local amenities. The pictures she has posted fairly represent the place. Customer service is also 5-star, as Nancy is always assessable to renters. I will return to Nana's cottage. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a quaint get-away in the woods on a run river!

This is not a rough it cabin like many of the others.... Nancy has done an amazing job of making it feel like you are staying at your grandmas house. Lots of little touches and nice beds! We built a fire every night down by the river and had a nice hot tub twice a day! Its close to everything, but still far enough away to enjoy the wilderness! Very clean and plenty of towels and linens. Everything was well provided!

Loved a week-long stay here! What a lovely, peaceful, private and relaxing place! Cottage is very nicely decorated and equipped with everything you can think of and more. Location is perfect, nature, river – all is so beautiful. Back porch is wonderful, hot tub is great, and beds are so comfortable. Owners are a great pleasure to deal with, great communications. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Will come back again!
