A stunning, brand new 3 bedroom villa, having the most amazing views over the Ocean and Martinhal Beach. This villa is located in a simply idyllic and private location being just a few minutes to walk to the beach. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room. Outside there is a beautiful landscaped garden and swimming pool with those wonderful views.

There are 2 beach restaurants serving fresh fish on Martinhal Beach as well as a water sports centre.

The main villa has 2 bedrooms with an additional cottage located just a few steps away from the main villa. Both bedrooms are large, the master having a full ensuite bathroom and the twin bedroom having a shower room adjacent. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you could need and the living room/dining room has a flat screen TV, DVD and door opening onto the terrace, garden and pool.
