Can Pedro is available all year round and with its wood burning fireplace will give you cosy comfort and joy from Autumn to Spring . Can Pedro's south facing aspect means the house is bathed in winter's sunshine during the day and as the sun goes down, light the fire and enjoy. The elements can be raw outside and you will be in touch with nature which is all in front of you as you stand in awe on the patio looking at the powerful sea and splendour of the landscape, seascape and sunsets. B.A has direct flights from London City Airport to Ibiza all year round, so enjoy the unique beauty of Ibiza out of season, in this simply special location.
Can Pedro is within a complex called 'Club Delfin'/Club Calimera - you can look this up on the internet. It is about 30 years old and consists of a hotel with hotel accomodation in the summer consisting of ow rise and attractive houses scattered throughout the site and which offers all inclusive holidays and has a restaurant and bar that 'non residents' of the hotel can attend/subject to payment etc. Then there are private detached houses and also a 'Community' of ten houses with a shared swimming pool. Can Pedro is one of these 10 houses.
On site there are various other facilities including a shop and a Diving Centre:Phoenix diving centre which again you can look up on the internet. Cala Codolalar is accessible from the site and is a 7 minute walk from 'Can Pedro' via some steps: half way down which is another privately owned restaurant which used to be called 'Amarante'. Outside the complex is a bus stop from which a bus to San Antonio can be caught.
Cala Codolar is situated seven kilometres from Sant Josep de sa Talaia, located between sa Figuera Borda and Cala Corral, as well as in the surroundings of the village of Club Delfín, and the marina of Coralmar.
Cala Codolar Beach with it's tan colored sand and pebble surface is peaceful and calm. It is just a 5 -7 minute walk away from the house via steps leading down to the beach. Half way down the steps is the beautiful Amarant restaurant see www.amarantibiza.com/gallery. Once down on the beach, it is a good place to escape the rat-race and lie back and enjoy nature
The marine and underwater conditions for anchoring boats are excellent in this bay and there is a diving centre in Club Delfin. The nearest bus stop is located just outside the entrance to Club Delfin
The award winning beach of Cala Conta is to the north of the property and only a 5 minute drive with Cala Bassa a further 10.
On site community facilities include tennis courts, football pitches, a volley ball court and yoga center, not to mention the diving center and fantastic local restaurants/bars. There is also an on site supermarket.
