Perfect for couples traveling together or a family desiring space – there are two master bedrooms, each in a separate wing, accessed from the Great Room by separate circular staircases. Sleeps 8 (can be configured for additional). The third bedroom in the main house is downstairs and accessed by a separate entrance from the outside. The guest house (Pool Cabana) is set separately from the main home and includes its own full kitchen, small living area and loft with a queen bed. The interior bath has a sunken whirlpool tub; outside is a shower and 17'L x 4’ W heated whirlpool spa.

The main kitchen is equipped with every necessity a true kitchen should encompass … gas cooktop, double oven, ice maker, wine cooler and 120 second commercial dishwasher.

Also found inside of the completely walled and gated compound with a security system is a high end media room with over 250 movie titles loaded in a Kaleidescape System, outdoor gas fired BBQ, and 65K gallon solar heated salt water swimming pool. (Gas heat available during cooler winter months at additional daily charge)
