The house is as follows: The basement has two rooms with six beds (one double and one with a bunk bed and two single beds), bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a living room-dining room and kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee maker, blender, pressure cooker, plus all the flatware, service plates and cups, and pots. The windows have mosquito nets. The veranda is furnished for dining with sitting area with two beds. Moreover, in the garden, a barbecue, shower with hot water. At home there are also a TV and washing machine.

Cala Sinzias is a small cove surrounded by greenery in an atmosphere of complete relaxation, 5 km from Costa Rey and 8 km from Villasimius. The beach of Cala Sinzias is with fine white sand and emerald sea, and adjacent to a pine forest, the beach is provided with every comfort, with sun umbrellas walkway for disabled people, restaurant, bar, diving center and diving excursions, large parking . Nearby there are beaches like Feraxi, the rock of Peppino, Cala Pira, Molentis tip, Port Rush. Furthermore, the area offers tours to the caves of Ulassai, Mount of the seven brothers and Minni Minni forest.
