clean, secure, & nicely decorated

We arrived at this pristinely clean, beautifully decorated condo after staying in a run-down hotel in Ahaheim for a week, and found it to be exactly the rest we needed. The owners left us a bottle of wine, scented lotions, and gifts for the kids. The sofa bed was comfortable (many are not) and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were ample, good-quality linens, beach equipment, etc... The deck is large, with a nice grill, and a beautiful view. June Dolan was terrific to work with! Overall, our stay was much better than I had expected. It was very relaxing, even with my young children!
The beach that you play on is not accessible from this building, but the map will tell you that, and you only have to walk a block. The different pools, hot tubs, game room, laundry and various amenities are extremely well-maintained and close. The complex is well laid out. I was also impressed with the parking garage. It is SO clean and you can almost always spot security personnel. Plus, all the doors to the garage are locked after dusk, with card key entry at the driving entrance. The gates to the complex from the beach are only card key accessible. Very secure and appreciated.
We had fun at Sea World while in San Diego, but mostly just enjoyed relaxing at the condo and playing at the beach.
