This contemporary Georgian apartment has been recently refurbished to an exceedingly high standard. The king size double room is served by an en suite while the twin rooms share a modern bathroom with large P bath/shower. The walnut dining kitchen boasts a range of brand new appliances including halogen hob, fan oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and television with integrated free view and dvd. The lounge, overlooking the rear courtyard, is comfortably furnished and has a television with integrated dvd and free view, ipod dock and wireless wi-fi. The attractive front courtyard has under-pavement storage for several golf bags. The secluded back courtyard is furnished with an outside table and chairs, barbecue and is attractively enhanced with up lighters for after hours' relaxation. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes and drawer space, dressing tables and hairdryers. An ironing board and iron with a clothes airer and outside line are also in the property.
The ancient town of St Andrews is one of the most famous in Britain and home of Scotland’s oldest, and the world's fifth oldest, University which was founded in 1411. Other historic places of interest are the magnificent ruins of the Cathedral and Castle. These are open to visitors and command a spectacular view over two beaches and seafront.
St Andrews is the home of golf and hosts the Royal and Ancient Golf Club and the prestigious Old Course. The apartment is a mere two minute walk to the first tee on the Old Course and the world famous collection of six Links Courses. In addition, there are over twenty well known golf courses within a twenty minute drive.
The Old Course and Fairmont Hotels provide nearby fine dining experiences and spa treatments, and St Andrews itself has a myriad of restaurants and shops.
Entertainment is provided in many of the local bars in addition to the Byre Theatre and local cinema.
Other activities available include tennis, walking (beaches and forests), sailing and fishing.

Payment by electronic transfer or sterling cheque. Overseas guests to pay all fees; we will pay all fees on return of security deposit.
