Private parking space next to the villa.

July 2012-lovely family holiday

We had a lovely week here, enjoying the lovely beach and sea with our 2 young children. We also enjoyed the cafe/bars along the beach from the villa. The house is rustically furnished but adequate for our needs and the sheltered outdoor veranda was perfect for sunny day times. The owner was very kind and friendly to us - provided the local information we requested. The only negatives are things which we spoke to the owner about which he says he has now changed, so we would love to come back one day. The air-conditioning unit and fridge did not work very well so neither the villa nor the fridge were cool enough for us English in a hot Italian summer! Also - the cooker was not clean inside - so we felt unable to cook other than on the hob. I strongly recommend car hire if you wish to explore the nearby sites of Noto and Marzememi, to name but two! Thank you Christiane and we hope to see you again one day.

Vu que vous avez écrit votre rapport en anglais, je préfère que ce soit écrit en anglais sur l'annonce de la villa.
Puisque les défauts ont été éliminés. il est vraiment nécessaire de les mettre tous?

Le paradis sur terre existe !!!

Il y a deux ans, nos amis nous avaient conseillé cette charmante villa sicilienne située à quelques pas de la mer. Comme nous avions bien fait de noter leur conseil à l’époque ! Nous avons passé cet été deux semaines de rêve en famille dans un cadre tout simplement exceptionnel. La maison, intelligemment pensée pour l’été et joliment décorée, est pratiquement DANS la mer !!! La plage privée, directement accessible par le jardin, nous permettait de laisser partir facilement les enfants le matin, et de les rappeler (avec insistance !!!) pour les repas. Nous prenions tous ceux-ci sur la terrasse couverte de la villa, face à la mer. Le matin pour le spectacle des couleurs, le midi pour échapper à la chaleur et le soir, pour profiter du barbecue, un petit verre de Nero d’Avola à portée de main. La propriétaire, super sympa, nous avait prévenus en riant : « ce sera difficile de trouver mieux l’année prochaine ! ». Pour les enfants, la question ne se pose même pas : on y retournera !

un soggiorno ideale

Ho soggiornato una settimana d'incanto, i piedi in acqua, perchè il mare è a un tiro di schioppo dal letto! Riposarsi in veranda è come dondolarsi sul ponte di una nave. La casa è praticissima, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno marittimo: aria condizionata, cucina moderna ben attrezzata, zanzariere, comodi letti e divani. Pulizia minuziosa di tutti gli ambienti.Doccia esterna, gazebo per le ore più assolate, sdraio sull'erba, barbecue, giochi in uno spazio protetto per i bambini e sabbia sul lungomare. Dall'interno della villa, visione panoramica di tutta la baia con, per iniziare la giornata, un'alba ineguagliabile.
