2016 SALT MARSH VILLA -- Salt Marsh is a brand new complex on Seabrook that features a community pool, pool cabana, / putting green. The villas feature such amenities as nine foot ceilings, hardwood floors, screened porch, whirlpool tubs, outside beach shower, ceiling fans throughout, plus much more! Each townhome includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community
This newly constructed townhome offers tranquil marsh views, contemporary furnishings, and designer appointments throughout. Guest enjoy wireless internet access . This townhome has bedding for seven (King, King / Daybed, Queen) but allows eight.
FIRST FLOOR: The living room boasts hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and access to the screened porch, which has grand views of the marsh, and seating for 6. The adjacent gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. A central kitchen island provides a cozy place to enjoy a casual meal or prepare a snack, and can seat 3 guests. The kitchen is open to the dining room, which can seat 6 guests comfortably at table. A bedroom furnished with a queen bed shares the full hall bath.
SECOND FLOOR: The Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and features its own flat-panel TV and DVD player. The Master bath has a whirlpool tub. A spacious second bedroom with a king bed and daybed has a private bath as well.

To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
