3002 SALT MARSH -- Salt Marsh is a brand new complex on Seabrook that features a community pool, pool cabana, and putting green. The villas feature such amenities as nine foot ceilings, hardwood floors, screened porch, whirlpool tubs, outside beach shower, ceiling fans throughout, plus much more! Please note: there is currently construction in this neighborhood.

This newly constructed townhome offers designer appointments throughout. The master bedroom has king bed and bath with Jacuzzi tub. The second floor bedroom has twin beds and the first floor bedroom is a queen bed. All bedrooms have direct access to bath. The gourmet kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The living room features a 42in flat screen TV. This villa has bedding for 6. Guests enjoy access to wireless internet service (we cannot provide support for guest's equipment).

Each townhome includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.

To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.
