501 OLD DOCK ROAD -- Platinum rated, two-story home located in the West Beach Village. Close to the Night Heron Park, and within easy access of the many paved bike trails. Guests enjoy some views of the river, or relaxing on the large front porch, with porch swing, rockers and hammock. Guests also enjoy wireless internet access and a 37 inch LCD TV. FIRST FLOOR: This home features hard wood floors on the first floor. The living room, with a 37 inch LCD TV, has deck access and is open to the dining room which seats 6. The kitchen has updated appliances, granite countertops, and a built in breakfast area. The den is also located on this floor, and features a sleeper sofa for additional bedding.

SECOND FLOOR: The second floor features the master suite with King bed, TV, and has a private bath with tub and shower. A bedroom wtih two Twin beds, and a bedroom with a Queen bed both share access to the hall bathroom.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
