20 MARSH COTTAGE -- Located within the Vanderhorst Plantation, this non-smoking home features marsh views and is in a great location, within walking or biking distance to the beach. Guests in this home enjoy such amenities as a private pool, gas grill, DVD, high speed internet access, plus much more.

This home has been completely renovated for 2009, including the addition of a private pool! More details on all the new amenities and features as renovations come to an end. New pictures will be coming at the end of the renovation also!

The home is able to accommodate up to twelve guests. The first floor has two master suites, each a large room with a king bed and private bath that has a separate shower and soaking tub. There is a third bedroom furnished with a queen bed which has its own private bathroom. The second floor has the fourth bedroom, also funished with a queen bed, and the fifth bedroom furnished with two double beds. Each of the bedrooms upstairs has its own private bathroom.

Each ResortQuest home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community Internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment.
