4402 WINDSEPT WOODLANDS VILLA -- This second-floor Platinum-rated villa is located on the ocean side of the street, just behind the oceanfront buildings. Very short walk to the beach, with views of the semi-tropical landscaped areas.

The spacious living area boasts hardwood floors and high ceilings with ceiling fans. deck access. The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests comfortably, and a pass-through gives easy access to the kitchen, which has been recently renovated with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a wall mounted TV, as well as deck access. Additionally, there is a Click-Clack sofabed in the living room to accommodate extra guests. The villa also has wireless internet.
