49 CRESTED FLYCATCHER--This newly constructed three bedroom, three and a half bath home has natural wooded views and accommodates up to eight guests. Relax on the front porch, while enjoying the sounds of nature. Features include a gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, hardwood floors, fireplace, grill, and multiple televisions.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, TV and private bath with separate shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and private bath, while the third contains two twin beds and shares access to a hall bath. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra bedding.

Each home includes: free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
