Well, the photos certainly make this place look wonderful but.....
Three floors? One floor has a tiny bathroom - only. It isn't a floor, it is merely a landing, This apartment is cramped.
It is in a very busy neighborhood, so as I sit here to write the review, I hear the pounding beat from the pub next door. I can hear the underground trains when they pass through - sounds like a minor earthquake.
The ground floor is an adult DVD store. Gives you an idea of the neighborhood.
There are two bedrooms. Our bed is reasonably comfortable. Our son's bed is not. He's only 34, so he is reasonably adaptable, but he has been miserable because of the sleep quality.
The kitchen is functional and fairly well equipped - but there are no instructions for the hob and it is mysterious.
There was no toilet paper provided. Small matter, because there is a market just a few hundred meters away, but for pity's sake, isn't this a necessity?
No bath soap.
The smoke detector is not functioning. This is probably not legal. I wrote to the owner/manager about this. He hasn't replied.
The accommodation is overpriced, noisy. It is convenient to the Tube. The wireless works. I expect better and we are (four of us) very unhappy.
All in all - we'd never recommend, never stay here again. There are better places for about the same price. Would recommend spending a few quid more and having better accommodations.,

My team and myself work very hard to ensure that guests have the best possible stay and enjoy the apartment as much as possible and it is very disheartening to hear that you didn't enjoy it as much as we would have hoped for. Having since spoken to you I understand that this review left during the first night of your 9 night stay. You remained in the apartment despite having the option to leave, so this may not be the best representation of your experience. This apartment is the most popular of all our apartments and is enjoyed by many guests. Many people choose this apartment in the heart of Camden Town opposite the underground station as it is an eclectic area full of wonderful restaurants, cafes, theatres, markets, shops and bars, although it isn't for everyone I suppose. I say this with the upmost respect but perhaps in the future you should really research the area you choose to stay before booking an apartment. I wish you the best of luck and would be happy to host you again in another apartment of ours a little further out of town in the future if you return to London. All the best, Clive.
