Country house in stone breathtaking sea view

Typical sheep pen (so called typical Gallura buildings made of stone) to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside close to the sea and with a breathtaking view that sweeps up to Capo Testa and the Strait of Bonifacio in Corsica. The house is located 2.5 km from the beach of Lu Litarroni / Russian Mountains and a few more from the beaches of Vignola and Rena Majore. Santa Teresa (Head Chief) is about 15 km, while Palau, Isle of seagulls and the east coast are easily reached in 40 min. The nearest town is Olbia, inland, but in the near Vignola Mare are supermarkets, bars, restaurants / pizzeria, tobacconist, newsagent. The house comprises a large living room / kitchen (with a sofa bed, another sofa, table, chairs, full kitchen, stove and fireplace), a double bedroom and a bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine . On the back there is a small front garden and a pergola for eating sea or enjoy the sunset.
