150m2 basement with a lounge area of 47m2 with home cinema. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, safe. Garage for 3 cars (B1).

Passive house: in passive house is a house the energy consumption is very low, so it is ecological. This concept was developed in 1988 in Germany, in an institute specialized in the environment. It was actually in Germany where they created the first prototype. In a passive there is no need for air currents since the internal temperature is always homogeneous. A passive house is also equipped with ventilation, allowing a constant renewal of the air inside so people do not get that feeling of confinement. The air is filtered and renewed at regular intervals, which contribute to the excellent quality of the air, far from the air we usually breath in a traditional home. There is also no need to air the hour like a conventional house, because the usual humidity and odour problems are greatly reduced. Not to mention that the air filter system is ideal for allergic individuals. The triple glazing offers unparalleled acoustic comfort as well as the smart way in which the windows were located since it promotes the filtration of daylight, ensuring visual comfort in every room.

About Mijo Dieterle

The owner, Christian Leclerc and his sister Mijo Dieterle (head of the house, she will be the one welcoming you) built these two semi-detached houses on a family plot from 1850. This is Mijos main residence and Christian wanted to keep the place as well since it has seen 6 generations growing in its grounds.

Why Mijo Dieterle chose Bourges

Mijo has been living in the house since November 2012 and can attest to the well being it provides. The winter was harsh and yet, the internal temperature never dropped below 20° without any heating.

Sobre, très contemporain, avec tout ce qu'il faut là où il faut. Très bien situé dans la ville, soit pour la ville ancienne avec les monuments historiques soit pour les marais classés. Maison et terrasse très agréable. Vous pouvez demander conseils à Mijo pour repérer les commerçants qui vous fourniront les gourmandises locales. Pour nous une réunion de famille sur un week-end mais nous aurions apprécié de prolonger le séjour. Les invités se sont tous sentis très bien.

La maison parfaite!

Nous avons séjourné plusieurs fois dans cette maison lors de déplacements professionnels de mon mari.
La maison est magnifique, moderne, confortable et ultra fonctionnelle. L'équipement est impressionnant.
Elle idéalement placée: près du centre ville et loin du bruit.
Tout est prévu pour les enfants même en bas âge.
L'accueil est très chaleureux. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et veille à ce que l'on ne manque de rien.

Le point de chute idéal sur Bourges

Nous recommandons chaudement cette maison de grand confort, à l'équipement et à l'esthétique parfaits, idéalement située près du centre ville et des marais (accessibles à pied). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le soin porté au mobilier et à la décoration, ainsi que les équipements domotiques dernier cri. Ne pas hésiter à profiter de la salle de projection au sous-sol!
Seul bémol pour les enfants en bas âge, la maison fait partie d'un ensemble de bâtisses qui partagent un espace commun, et le jardin n'est pas clos: attention aux risques d'évasion!

Owner's Response: Merci pour votre gentille appréciation. Petite précision : le risque d'évasion des enfants reste très limité, puisque le terrain est entièrement clos, l'accès à la rue est fermé par un portail automatique. Les parties communes du terrain sont partagés entre 3 frères et soeur (dont le gîte), c'est pourquoi par souci d'esthétique, nous n'avons pas délimité les parcelles. Afin de ne pas effrayer les parents de jeunes enfants, cette petite mise au point me semble nécessaire.
