Charming little cottage in the countryside near Castiglion Fiorentino

This charming, characteristic cottage, lies in open countryside near the medioeval village of Castiglion Fiorentino in Tuscany at just 10km from Cortona. Access to the cottage is via the shared courtyard.

A charming holiday home which has been lovingly restored in keeping with its original character with open fireplace and wood fired stove. The character is also reflected in the rustic Tuscan style furnishing which add to the charm of this delightful cottage.

There is a covered patio, for outdoor dining and across the courtyard a private enclosed garden, both are for exclusive use of guests of Casa Camilla.

You will find a good choice of restaurants which offer local cuisine in Castigliion Fiorentino and at just 4km is a public swuimming pool and tennis courts.

An ideal base for touring both Tuscany & Umbria.

From the local train station (5 kms) there are trains to Florence, Rome, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi.

Ground floor: Sitting/dining room with characteristic arch dividing the sitting and dining area small open fireplace.

Double sofa bed, small kitchen, bathroom with shower.

First floor: an internal spiral staircase takes you up to the first floor which also has external access. 1 double bedroom.
