Absolutely filthy and worst mattresses ever
Ok, I like to start by saying the only nice thing about this place is the building and condo layout itself. Check-in was very easy and being able to park on the 6th floor and just walk over to the room was nice. Condo was convenient to things to do and places to eat. Indoor and outdoor pool areas were very nice and well maintained.
As far as the condo itself.... We walked in and everything appeared to be nice, good layout, freshly made beds. We unloaded our stuff and sat down on broken very down furniture. After about 5 minutes of walking around without our shoes on, our feet were completely black!! We have a very active 18 month old who was walking and crawling around so I was constantly having to clean the baby up. I wish I could post the pics of how black her little hands and feet were. I messaged Liquid life first the next morning and asked if they could send a housekeeper to mop because it was so disgusting and sent them pictures. A lady showed up fairly quickly but only did a speedy wipe through with a wet dust mop type mop, if she even used any cleaning products at all, it was very minimal. All it did was smear the filth around. What this place needs is an absolute scrub down with bleach and a bristle brush to get all the filth out. We spent the entire time wearing our shoes and trying to keep the baby clean and from crawling on the floor. After the cleaning lady left, management checked in to see if she came, I said yes but it didn't do any good. They're response was ok let us know if you need anything else. Honestly I was so annoyed... if they don't care to do an actual good job of cleaning in the first place, I am not going to spend my entire time on vacation fighting over something that they don't care about.
I had previously mentioned the broken down sofas. Now on to the beds... Worst sleep of my life. I would not be surprised if these mattresses were washed up on shore during the last hurricane. Master bedroom mattress has a giant dip in one side and you cannot even roll over without the entire thing making so much noise that it wakes the other person up. Turns out, ALL of the mattresses are like that! Absolutely terrible.
I will definitely NOT EVER stay in condo 607 again and will likely never stay in a liquid life managed property again simply because of the filth of 607. If that is them priding themselves in taking care of a property, it's a very poor job. I would definitely stay at another unit in Pheonix West though.
