Three bedroom lodge with hot-tub. Rare view of Sunday River, minutes drive to Sunday River. 3 miles from Grafton Notch, access to the Maine state snowmobile trails, moose sightings are frequent. Auger Falls and hiking, 30 miles to Sebago Lake, 1 hour to Portland. Trails to Bear River, fishing. 30 minutes to Gorham NH and Mt Washington.

Great place for family vacation

This property is a great place to spend time in the Mountain with friends or family. The house was very cleaned when we arrived with very good amenities (towels supply, linens etc..)
The house is in a very quiet place, close to activities (10 min drive to Sunday River and Bethel Village).
The owner is very nice and sent a lot of very useful instructions when sending the keys (attractions, restaurants listing etc..) as well as always answered very quickly any question I had prior to the our arrival.
I have already recommended this property to my friends and will probably book it again during summer time.
Great place for vacation or long week end!
