Located on a hilltop this 1 1/2 acre property has a 20x40 ft heated pool, with landscaped gardens and outdoor shower. Stroll to bay beaches, restaurants, docks, and shops (only 5 minutes to ocean). The 2nd floor offers kitchen, living/dining and fireplace, where wrap-around decking provides stunning sunset views. Also enjoy the new 7 person hot tub. **Phone Call Preferred**

Fabulous Family Vacation

My family and I have been going to Montauk for our summer vacation for several years. Last year we rented Ellen and Roger's beautiful home. As it turned out, Hurricane Irene passed through Montauk the day before our vacation was scheduled. We were concerned that we would be unable to get to Montauk and if so , would the house be in shape for renting... Well, Roger kept me posted on local road conditions and made sure the house, grounds and heated pool were in perfect condition upon our arrival. Our stay was fantastic! The house was clean and comfortable as well as most spacious. The pool is a short walk from the house and is surrounded by trees and shrubbery, thus is very private. The beach is at most a 5 minute walk and was not crowded even on Labor Day weekend. Finally, the kitchen is well equipped, even for a serious cook like my wife. We will be returning this summer. For the record we committed to 2012 rental before we left for Brooklyn on Labor Day 2011.

What a beautiful home,I cant say more on how happy we were to find this stunning vacation home.The house is just fantastic both inside and out and the owner Ellen was just wonderful to deal with.The views are just spectacular and even though we were there in the winter the house was warm and cozy.We loved the beautiful kitchen and really cooked our hearts out,a great home to entertain your friends and family. We are definetly booking a couple of weeks this summer so we can get to enjoy the lovely pool and also the great walk down a very lovely peaceful beach.T he house is beautifully decorated and you just really feel at home.......a great spot for a nice romantic getaway

Ive have been renting in Montauk my entire life and in my opinion this is one of the most beautiful houses I have had the pleasure of staying in. My family and I will be looking forward to renting this house every summer. Its unfortunate to see that Mr. Fran S. had a disappointing stay and decided to assert his opinions about the house and its owner so negatively. Its sad that he posted something so malicious about a truly wonderful home. Just to clarify for future readers, the pool is not located 3 minutes away as per Fran S's description. It is conveniently located just outside the rear room. The seclusion and privacy of the property makes it exclusive.

Our stay here was fantastic, the whole house was clean and comfortable as well as really spacious. I rent this house for the past 12 years and Ellen has always been a gracious landlord/host, upon arrival the house is always spotless and she is always eager to be sure my family vacation is fun and memorable. Always have an amazing time at this house, the pool is always clean and easy to access, the kids love how close the beach is and the kitchen is great. Always have great memories of this place, and go back every year!

Had an amazing time at the house, really close to the beach and had a really great pool which my kids loved. The whole house was just really comfortable and I will 100% be staying here again!
