As-Sahala farmhouse is the place. Here you may enjoy all that a comfortable accommodation may provide at a great value. It is 20 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from 2 major Shopping Centres, offering a choice of great restaurants and classy coffee shops (City Centre – Al Bahja).

The farm is a walled compound containing four fields skirted by tarmac roads and trees. The villa with pool etc. is in the corner furthest from the main gate. The caretaker and the 2 farm workers live in a bungalow by the main gate so it is all very private. The cows, goats, peacocks, and hens are all penned in, also near the main gate. The villa has a large lounge with adjoining cinema nearest to the pool. Then there are showers and toilets for the pool. Then comes the section with the bedrooms which are accessed off a central hallway. You have to walk through the bedroom with 2 single beds to reach the hallway and the other bedrooms. Next comes the main lounge/dining room and finally a utility room and kitchen. All the sections are accessed by doors to the pool / lawn area'

When you rent As Sahalah farm nobody will share with you any of the facilities mentioned above. Basically it is all yours with full privacy. The farm is viewed as a big garden and is neatly organized. Asphalt roads connect all parts of it, providing suitable walking/cycling ways. Kids may find this holiday environment a unique experience that cannot be seen elsewhere. At the As Sahala you have your private heated pool (with kids protected section), basketball playground, kids play and BBQ area.

The house is located at the northern corner of the farm. Internally, there are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 singles) accommodating 8 people. The family sitting take up to 12 people while the dining takes 8. View of the garden is made available from all corners of the villa, including the Arabic Majlis, the second sitting area, where the spirit of the Omani traditions is felt from the antique furniture and style.

The farmhouse is truly a unique experience while enjoying holiday at Muscat. Its is ideal for families and friends who are looking for quite and healthy holiday accommodation .
