The Upper Level has a spacious terrace with wonderful views of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. It has both open and shaded areas, a 16 x 20 pool and a wet bar. It also has a Living room with one wall completely open to the terrace, dining room, large gourmet kitchen, which opens onto a back terrace and views of Chalk Sound.

Is separated from the main area and has its own entrance. Sleeps 2 on two Twin beds, has a ceiling fan and windows. Ensuite bathroom has a Shower.
