Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

• Credit cards can be used if preferred and payment of the equivalent amounts can also be accepted by bank transfer in € or US$. A reservation / refundable security deposit of £175 (or €200 or $270) is required within 7 days to secure the booking. The full rental fee is then due 30 days before the arrival date and covers all costs, except as follows:
  
  Upon arrival, our representative will collect in cash a local council charge of €1.20 per adult guest per day and a fee of €60 for cleaning the house before handing over the keys. The actual electricity used will be read from the meter upon departure and charged at €0.25 per kWh.
  
  Renters are allowed to use many of the resort facilities (e.g. swimming pools, children’s play area) without charge and get a 30% discount on the fees charged at the resort reception for other facilities such as the wellness centre, tennis court, etc.
  
  We offer a discount of 15% for stays lasting longer than 2 weeks.
