This secluded villa is tucked away on the prestigious Formosa Gardens Estate at Orlando.

Formosa Gardens is one of the most sought after addresses for visitors to the Orlando area. It is an exclusive gated community and all the villas have a large plot. It is as close to Disney as you can get unless staying on Disney Property ,so there are no long waiting lines in traffic to get to the parks.

This villa is not overlooked and faces south so the pool area is bathed in sunlight all day.

The villa comes fully equipped with everything a holiday maker will require for a relaxing time. Each bedroom has a cable TV and DVD player

'Ariel's Den' Has a Wii connected to a pink flat screen TV, for many hours of Fun for all the children

The games room is equipped with pool table, air hockey and electronic darts.a large TV connected to PC3 Play station for all the Family to have fun,

Also their is a Walk Machine to use when it is to 'Hot' to enjoy a walk round the Beautiful Formosa Gardens Estate.

If you want to cook in, there is a super kitchen with all facilities, or as an alternative we have an Excellent BBQ on the pool deck.(by arrangement)

The pool area is well Provided with Loungers Tables and Chairs. A Lanai provides shade from the noon sun.Pool and spar heating (is by arrangement) but the' Hot Tub' is on all the time and is Complementary

The Villa is extremely well positioned for visits to the major Orlando attractions including the Disney Theme and Water Parks, Sea World and the Universal Studios parks including Harry Potter land. All are well worth a visit.

If shopping is your pleasure why not visit Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, just up the I 4, the Florida Mall shopping complex, just slightly further away or the more upmarket Millenia Mall. The last can be combined with a trip to the Universal Studio Parks.

There are a number of chain restaurants very close buy including the Red Lobster, Australian Outback, Carrabas Italian restaurant, Bufalo Wild Wings Sports Bar, Joey's , Texas Steak House, Longhorn steakhouse,Appelbees all you can eat, Bahama Breeze,Alehouse,and the Olive Garden.Italian,

We booked with Tony who recently purchased the property and we were not dissapointed. The pictures show the house exactly as it is. The pool was excellent and already headed and warm and private . There were lots of movies, games, etc for all to watch and the TV"s all had high def channels. The games room was a little tired but still fun . Tony even had a christmas tree put up for us as our stay was over Christmas and New Years.
The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. ( best we have ever seen) The management was quick to respond to some very minor issues. The beds were confortable and clean all around. Tony was very easy to deal with and helpful and I would recommend this house to anyone. I am a IATA certified travel agent and would stay there again.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
