Beats Workin' is a charming, 2-story Florida cottage located close to Seacrest's large tropical pool and only a short walk from the beach and Rosemary Beach town square. The house has two master bedrooms and a second living room upstairs. The master bedrooms each have a king sized bed and one has an additional daybed. The upstairs living room is equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and has a wet bar complete with refrigerator and wine rack.

Beats Workin' has 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen sized bed and the other has a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are joined by a full bath. There is another queen sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room. All bedrooms and both living rooms are equipped with color TVs. The living room has a 42' high definition plasma TV.

Beats Workin' has 4 large porches. Each bedroom has it's own private access to a covered porch. The front porch has a great bench swing, big enough for afternoon naps, and the upstairs porch has a hammock to enjoy the evening breezes, as well as chairs and tables to enjoy coffee or cocktails.

The home is within easy walking distance of Seacrest's fabulous pool with fountains and waterfalls, and is an easy walk to the beach as well. Visitors will enjoy walking on Seacrest's nature trails and restaurants and shopping are just a short walk away at adjacent Rosemary Beach and the Villages. Seacrest Beach North has low traffic safe streets perfect for family bike rides. The house has a charcoal grill for guests to enjoy. There is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a long day at the beach. Even though it is only 400 yards to the beach, during the summer months, there is a golf cart shuttle available for guests to use to access the beach at no additional charge.

Beats Workin' is great for families or adults and the two master bedrooms make it great for two families to share. The large great room/dining room offers the perfect place to congregate after a day on the beach. The decor is casual, and the house is filled with whimsical original folk-beach art.

Visitors will love this section of the Florida gulf coast. The area is less congested than other nearby areas, and guests will love the sugar-fine, white sand beaches and the caribbean colors of the water. Fishermen will find ample opportunity to catch their limit nearby. Tennis is available at Rosemary Beach and world class golf courses are just a short drive away. Whether you come to relax, shop, sight-see, swim, or play, Beats Workin' is the place to be!

Beats Workin is an Understatement

This was our family's first trip to the Seacrest / Rosemary Beach area, but it won't be our last. The area is wonderful, and one of the best parts of our trip was this wonderful house. It was incredibly clean, we loved the fun artwork throughout, and it was incredibly spacious to boot. The layout is perfect for spending time together or finding a little privacy when you need it. Proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops is great. No need for a car! We will definitely be coming back - and thanks for letting us extend a night at the last minute! We couldn't bring ourselves to leave...
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Huge house - tons of charm!

Just returned from a week at Beats Working. Two families which included 5 children. We had more than enough room for everyone to spread out, relax and have a great time. The rooms upstairs are gigantic - each with balconies that scale the entire front or back of the house. Plenty of room to read, sit outside, be alone if desired.

House is centrally located within the development so that it's only 2 short blocks from the pool and a straight shot down the sheet over to the The Village and then on to Rosemary. Kids could be anywhere on their bikes in less than 3 minutes. Fantastic. Brand new mexican restaurant in the Village was a fav for lunch or dinner.

Loved the beach tram and never waited more than 15 minutes even though the development was packed!

Have stayed in Seacrest numerous times and found this house to be one of the best.

Awesome House

We had two families (4 adults, 6 kids) and this was the perfect house for us. Excellent layout. Close to community pool and Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at Beat's Workin' several times and it gets better each time. The new upgrades are fresh paint, new stainless steel appliances, outdoor shower, new sidewalk and driveway. This is a great place for large groups. This time was for a girls weekend! We had everything we needed! Usually girls don't require much in the a/v department, but since it was the weekend of the Royal Wedding, it was nice to see it in hd!

New restaurant at Seacrest, called Sea Grill was delicious! Great seafood and service was excellent. Take advantage of their specials. Also the new Mexican restaurant next door was fun. We are still laughing at being asked if we'd like our draft beer in a glass...

The Tapas bar in Rosemary Beach is certainly worth a visit, especially for dessert. Chocolate fondue!
And my favorite is still The Red Bar in Grayton Beach. Parking is so limited there, but this time the owner moved my car for me, how's that for service?
