kitchen,dining area and living room. Master bedroom is on the 2nd level beachside with great beach/ocean views

and its own beachside deck. Master bath includes large whirlpool tub and separate 2 person shower & walk-in closet.

Amazing beachfront rental

We love renting here. My family has rented 3 years in a row and can't wait to get back. Love the patio and beach access. Amazing sunsets and surf break right in your backyard. Really like being close to but not in front of the strand, as you have best of both worlds. House is very clean, very nice. Have only needed to contact the owner once in 3 years and heard back immediately. Can't wait to go back - strong recommendation.

Newport Beach Waterfront Rental

This was are 3rd time at this rental and once again we had a great time. The house was great and comfortable for our group and the weather was also great. The beach there is just great for playing and laying out and just enjoying the area.
It is nice and quiet but yet close enough to the boardwalk and pier to get there fairly quickly and look around and enjoy all the shops and eateries. It is also fairly close to Disneyland/California Adventure and all the other adventure parks in the area. Great place to vacation for either a group or a family get together. We will definitely rent this house again.
