Private lake front home on 3 acres with 150 ft. waterfront. Canoe,rowboat and sailboat included.Available only for long term rentals ( 1 month minimum ). The home has two bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. Downstairs there is a large living room-dining area with fireplace and French doors opening onto a 36-foot covered porch, bedroom, full bath, kitchen, and a three-season enclosed breezeway for extra living space. This home has been recently remodeled and is fully equipped and furnished. There is central air conditioning and high speed wireless internet. The property is lightly wooded for privacy, yet has beautiful views of the lake.

Litchfield County, CT, only two hours from NYC and close to all Berkshire attractions and ski areas. We can only rent for longer periods of time. We are not equipped for weekly rentals. Call for details.
