Great for families or for couples seeking a secluded getaway, Odessa nestles on a hillside that flows into multi textured Hart Bay in Chocolate Hole.

The private beach is shared with only a few other houses - no public parking to this beach!

A stone path leads down to excellent hiking, sunning, swimming or snorkeling among exotic coral and tropical fish.

RECENTLY REMODELED, stone walls with arched windows, blue and white clapboard, lattice and gingerbread detailing convey classic West Indian charm. Folding French Doors open the entire front of the house to a panorama of sights and sounds of the sea. Gentle off-shore waves and rocks texture the bay. Dine at the indoor bar or at the outside table.

Kids under 18 stay free. (No kids under 6 for safety reasons)

Enjoy the Natural Beauty Surrounding Odessa: The private lower level offers two bedrooms with queen-size beds, full bathrooms and a spacious deck. A sofa and roll-away bed can accommodate other guests. Every room in this West Indian style house faces the ocean and has open air verandas with screens. At night you hear only the surf and tree frogs.

Odessa is located on the southwest corner of St. John in the Chocolate Hole area on Hart Bay. It is about five minutes from the village of Cruz Bay. The house has a full kitchen, living room, three bedrooms (lower two with A/C and upper with ceiling fans) with queen-sized beds, TV and VCR, three full baths, spacious decks, a Jacuzzi and a swimming pool.

What a wonderful vacation this home is awesome

The view from the decks and pool are breathtaking. Our favorite was sitting on the lower deck listening to the waves crash and falling asleep to the pound of them.If we make it back to St. John we will find ourselves here again.

Thank you so much for a wonderful week at Odessa! I’m
pretty sure the view and the breeze beat any beach we went to! The
house is beautiful and I must say the stairs are killers

Thank you for an amazing week it was a blast! Odessa is a great
house but the stairs are a killer. The cat is my new best friend. She
is so nice and we fed the hermit crabs

We enjoyed relaxing by the pool after a busy day at the beach. The location is the
best…private…but close to everything you could need. Loved the view and
we all had lots of space but the kids liked “Kiwi” the cat most of all! We
hope to go back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Odessa

The
scenery is beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool after a day at our
“beach of the day.”! It is so relaxing just listening to the waves –
and we loved the kitty cat – it was nice to have a kitty on vacation. We
called her “meow-meow” she is a very nice kitty and loves to sleep on
your lap when sitting out on the deck! We really liked the openness of
the home and the décor (especially the Donald Schnell pieces!) We hope
to return soon.
