House and bungalow with 4 bedrooms for 10 persons in Las Terrenas, Samana, DR

We have the perfect tropical house for you in the most beautiful area of the Dominican Republic. The peninsula de Samana has the most beautiful sandbeaches and palmtrees, the greenest region. In Las Terrenas there is a large international community.

Our house (10 pers.) is 1.5km by car from the village centre with great restaurants, bars and other options to go out. (20mins by foot)

Situated in a tropical garden (700m2) with a pool, bbq, wooden deck with 8 poolchairs. A big covered terrace with a dining table and bar. Separate bungalow with 6 beds and bathroom with WC. The pool lies in between the two houses.

Wi-fi internet and cable TV. All 4 bedrooms have airco.

Two guards are day and night at your diposal, they clean the beach and put your chair on it.

Cleaning lady 7x per week 2 hours, poolman 3x per week, gardner 1x per week. On request a FULL TIME staff is available for breackfast, lunch and dinner.

At your demand the fridge will be stocked upon arrival.

Membership of the sailing club on the beach allowing free kajak, surfing and discount on bigger boats.

A car 4x4 with driver is for rent.

  • All three bathrooms have a large, natural stone sink with a large mirror, 110 and 220 V and a big walk-in shower and WC. The bathroom in the bungalow overlooks the pool.

We stayed there this past weekend, 1st - 3rd March 2013. What a great place. We were two families, totaling 9 people. It worked out well to have the 2 separate houses, it gave each family space and privacy. It was just like the pictures, and just a very short walk to the beach. The rooms were fine and even had great working air con units, the kitchen well stocked with utensils that you needed, the bathrooms good. The pool between the 2 living areas was great, and the loungers well used. It was an easy walk to town or any restaurants.
The service received from the owner and rental agency was very good and prompt. A maid, Estrella, came in every day and was very efficient.
Would recommend it to families, or groups of people. A great place to stay.
