This 45 square meter apartment has an exclusive address on the Rue du Rivoli, just in front of the Tuileries Garden.
The space was recently refurbished and is equipped with modern appliances. It features wood parquet floors, decorative stone fireplaces, and 18th century furniture. The bathroom was renovated and fitted with an Italian shower in February 2013.
With 2 bedrooms and a fold out sofa bed, the apartment can sleep up to 3 people. It is located on the 2nd floor and has elevator access.
The district is lively by day and and quiet by night. The location is prime, in the center of old Paris and within sight of the city's most famous museums and restaurants.

Upon our arrival, Samia met us at the apartment and reviewed everything with us. She showed us how the TV, washer and kitchen appliances work. She also emailed (email hidden), listing various restaurants, shops and markets in the local area. There was one minor issue with one of the bedside lamps not working, which they fixed immediately the following day. The apartment was very spacious by European standards. The large windows in the living areas let in a lot of cool air in the summer which was wonderful; at nighttime, once the windows were closed, you could not hear any of the street noise below, which made for quiet and restful sleep. As we were visiting in the summer (August), there were 2 fans in the apartment which were very helpful in circulating the air. Both the large bed and small bed were both very comfortable. The location is very convenient, as both Metro and bus lines stop less than a block away. We would definitely stay at this apartment again the next time we visit Paris.
Across the street from Place le la Concorde, the apartment is in the perfect location for seeing all the sights on foot. There is also a metro station conveniently located steps from the door. The beds are very comfortable. The convertible sofa was fine for the 9 year old in our group, but might not very comfortable for an adult to sleep on. We found that after 2 showers there was no more hot water so we planned for it. The kitchen was well equipped. The staff at Glam Paris were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
Great communication with agency. Arranged a car, driver met us at airport and we enjoyed seeing Paris on the drive in. Mercedes van held us and our luggage comfortably. The same car company picked us up right on time when we left Paris.
Paul from the agency met us at the apartment and showed us around, how to operate the washer, etc. We used the washer a few times, no dryer so it took aver a day to air dry in apt.
Great bakery for croissants a block away on rue St honore. Small grocery (Monop) 3 blocks away on blvd de Madeleine.
Apt was clean, clean sheets and towels. A little tight for 2 adults and 2 kids but worked out fine. Could use a dresser or something to keep open suitcase off the floor.
Has an armoire for hanging clothes but could use some more hangers. Kitchen is tight but manageable. Nice having a fridge and we did cook breakfast a few times and made sandwiches. Made fresh coffee every morning and nice having a microwave.
Apt is on 3rd floor, Elevator was nice for carrying luggage and grocery bags up. Fold out sofa is fine for a kid or an adult up to about 5'4. Queen bed was comfy. Twin bed was fine for our teenager. Bathroom is tight but worked out fine, but we did run out of hot water a few times. All in all a great base of operations. Tuillerie gardens right across the street, great for a morning jog or walk to start the day. Metro right out the door.
Musee D'Orsay and Louvre easy walking distance.
Found great couscous a few blocks away (Le Meroc). Phone has free calling to the United States. Wifi Internet was fine. Cable tv fine. We greatly enjoyed our stay!
Where the Rue du Rivoli meets the Champs Elysees, the Place de la Concorde is one of the most breathtaking locations in all of France. It is emblematic of the city's splendid architecture and fascinating history : there's the the Tuileries Garden, where 17th century nobility promenaded, the National Assembly, where the Revolution was born, the Obelisk, brought back from Napoleon's conquests in Egypt. Central and chic, the apartment is just next door to some of the world's most famous restaurants and hotels, like the Crillon and le Meurice.

For shorter stays, the security deposit is typically made by credit card print, meaning no extra money is charged up front. Ask us for more details.
A representative will greet you at the apartment with the keys. This service is free of charge, with the exception of late check-ins, Sunday check-ins, and holiday check-ins. These incur a 50€ fee. After 10pm, the fee increases to 75€.
Wifi, international calling, cable TV, and final cleaning are included in the rate.
