Quiet, park-like setting in McCormick Ranch near Lake Marguerite & miles of walking paths, close to Scottsdale & Gainy Ranch shopping/attractions, golf courses and the 101. This Complex offers 2 pools, a clubhouse and tennis courts. Our condo has a newly renovated interior (2007) complete with Cherry cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vessel bathroom sinks. There are tiled floors throughout and a lovely pool and courtyard view.

Nearest Airport: 10 Minutes on the 101 Freeway at 10 Miles
Our Scottsdale condo is very centrally located in the heart of McCormick Ranch, just off of Hayden Rd. & Via de Ventura (McCormick Ranch Golf Course Vicinity), 10 minutes by car from Old Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Fashion Square (to the South) & the new Kierland Commons & Scottsdale 101 Shopping Centres (to the North). Easy freeway access (to the 101) & close to many excellent golf courses. As well, we are convenient to the Mayo Clinic. There are several very nice restaurants & a great pathway system (on Lake Marguerite) within a few minutes 'walk' of the condo. Grocery stores are just a few minutes drive away, as is the Pavillions Shopping Centre and the Villages at Gainy Ranch (for more great dining & shopping). There is a club house, with small fitness centre at the complex. Easy access to Cave Creek, Sedona, etc. via the 101. You will love the location!
