The apartment is located on the left bank of the Seine, between the famous rue de Buci, the Boulevard Saint Germain, the river 'La Seine' and la Place Saint Michel.
The windows look over Saint Rue Saint André des Arts and an interior courtyard.
The rooms are open and bright and the kitchen and bathrooms recently renovated. This apartment is very quiet with a double glass in the living room and 2 windows, each with double glass in the bedroom of 2 single beds. The other bedroom gives on the courtyard but we also put double glass.
The entrance gives way to the large, luminous living room and dining room. The kitchen is to the right, around the corner and towards the back of the apartment.
A small staircase secludes the huge master bedroom suite. A second bedroom is behind the living room and also is attached to a bathroom.
The apartment is located on the second floor of this historical building.

My husband, son, daughter-in-law and I wanted a flat for the week between Christmas and New Years in Paris which was conveniently located for sight seeing and being a part of the city experience. This flat was absolutely perfect for all of that and more. It was a beautiful space which was spacious, quiet and yet accessible to the busy street below without the bother of noise. Food from many different restaurants are literally foot steps away from the flat including: crepes, bakery, pizza, kabobs, italian, irish and french.
GlamaParis team was friendly, approachable and fluent in English to help us get our needs met and enjoy the entire experience. I would highly recommend this particular flat and the GlamaParis team for anyone really wanting to enjoy Paris in a slightly different way than a hotel. We are already looking to return!
We cannot say enough great things about this flat and the GlamaParis team. The pictures appropriately capture the beauty of the apartment, but it is actually larger than I expected. Even by American standards of space, it was spacious and the perfect home-base for our week in Paris.
The decor is beautiful and the flat is astonishingly quiet. Although it's only a story above a bustling, busy street, you hear no noise when the windows are closed.
The neighborhood embodies the essence of Paris- so many cute cafes and local shopping. The metro and RER are mere yards away at St. Michel. We could not have asked for a more convenient location.
The GlamaParis team were efficient, effective, warm, and welcoming. We highly recommend the team and the property.
The apartment is much as it appears in the photos with plenty of living space and the second bedroom which was perfect for our two adult children.
Paul met us to check us in which was a simple process as was checkout.
The kitchen was well equipped so our morning breakfasts from the adjacent boulangerie each morning and our home cooked veal chops for dinner from the local butcher was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the cafes.
The location in San Germain is great and although the square and many restaurants are bustling at night the apartment is pretty quiet as long as the windows are closed. The proximity to the Seine and Notre Dame also make it easy to access the neighborhoods across the river.
Overall we loved our stay and got a real feel for the neighborhood and the spirit which is Paris. We would definitely recommend this spot to our friends or anyone wanting an extended stay in Paris with all the comforts of home.
First of all, the service and communication with the rental agency was first class. Everything was handled promptly and efficiently. Quick and simple check-in and check-out process. The photos are an excellent reflection of the place, and the description is accurate.
The apartment was perfect for us (2 adults with 2 adult children): spacious, very well maintained, very clean (according to my wife, who is a cleaning freak!) and well-equipped. Lots of plates and cutlery, so even if the dishwasher was full, we still had plenty of plates and cutlery.
The apartment is situated in a central location so we could walk everywhere, with a good selection of shops and markets close by. Although it is situated on a busy street, there was absolutely no noise.
It was one of the great pleasures of our Paris trip to sit around the massive oak dining table, with fresh bread, some cheeses, and a bottle (or two) of wine.
This apartment was spacious, spotless, and all around perfect for my family's needs. The location was very convenient, and we really enjoyed the cute neighborhood. Very picturesque, and luckly, the weather was nice! We made so many memories in our Parisian "home" and would gladly go back any time. We'd definitely reccomend to others.
WOW! What a fantastic location. One block from the river. Practically on the border of the 5th and 6th Districts. On a fantastic street full of restaurants and stores and people and whisper quiet. The owner of this apartment went to great pains to make it sound proof - including quadruple pane windows in the front bedroom. We just got home from a week here where we walked everywhere. And more than once in some cases. Eiffel Tour, Arc de Triumph, Bastille are all within walking distance while some of the best food and shopping imaginable (and anything you need) is virtually right out the door.
The apartment itself is very generously sized. All of the rooms are bright and spacious. The living and dining rooms in particular have been nicely updated. We picked this apartment specifically for its ability to accommodate our group's needs. We were one couple and two single friends. The bedrooms are nicely separated to give privacy - each with their own WC - while one bedroom can be set up with two twin beds. This worked perfectly for us and would also be great for families traveling together.
We had great service from Glamaparis too. Both Paul and Meghan were very helpful prior to our arrival and my lack of proficiency in French was not a problem. Paul met us upon our arrival - got us settled in and set up and was absolutely delightful.
We would recommend this apartment and Glamaparis highly.

The apartment is centrally located in the Place Saint Michel, part of the charming neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Près.Historic and lively, the area contains plenty of great restaurants, bars, and cafés.
Nearby sight-seeing attractions include: the Saint Michel fountain, Saint Sulpice Church, Notre Dame, the Cluny Museum, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Louvre....All attractions are easily accessible by foot or metro.
Saint Germain des Près is one of the most enchanting parts of Paris. The surrounding cafés are the same ones visited by Jean-Paul Sartres, Simone de Beauvoir, and Pablo Picasso.

Bicycles for rent (Velibs) are a block away.
There is a taxi stop on the Quai des Grands Augustins, 20 meters away.
