Beach and Cliff Walk: Walk to 1st beach 1/2 mile - or park your car at the park and its even closer, 2nd beach nearby, and 3rd beach, downtown Newport 1/2mile, near the Chandler Hotel and grounds, shops and restaurants, parking for 3 cars, will take one animal but needs to be on a lease outside or in the house, small children outside, dead end street. Pretty area, walk along reservoir with swans on the way to the beach.

Close to first beach, short drive to 2nd beach, cliff walk very close by (3.5 miles of mansions along the ocean,) gorgeous!
The house is located on a quiet street close to all of Newport attractions. Just a short drivecto First Beach and Cliff Walk. The house is very clean and well appointed, comfortable rooms and a nice size yard. The best thing about it was the owners allowed us to bring our dogs (with a separate security deposit of course). Owners were prompt in communicating with us and we received our refundible deposit in a timely manner. Highly recommend this property!!

One Queen, 2 doubles and pull out double, also basement has a bed. Pristine condition. 2 grills, large back yard, plenty of fans, 1/2 mile to downtown Newport. On Newport line, near beach area.
