Please Check Calendar. AVAILABLE NOW, JUNE, (Occas Wk in July),Aug 3-12 AND/OR FALL 15 minutes to Tanglewood. 7 min to Queecy Lake. It is available by week/month or longer (UNUSUAL OFFER -I also have a home in Westhampton Beach #107231 - Mix and match?)

Decorating skill makes my house comfortable and charming, both inside and outside. SIT IN FRONT OF 2 Fireplaces, one in each of two living rooms. COZY, COMFORTABLE. There are wide board wood floors, lovely wallpaper, comfortable antique furniture. There's a large back yard , BBQ, & privacy. A screen porch with white wicker furniture and picnic table overlooks a beauiful flower garden.

There are two living rooms (the second, a TV/office/play area), each with a fireplace. A studio in the backyard can be used for painting. There's a full dining room, eat-in kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a den, 2 living rooms, front and back porches. The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washer/dryer, stereo, microwave, coffee grinder, etc.) not a typical ''rental'', but someplace special. Near Williamstown, Stockbrige, Lenox, Chatham. Swim in Queechy Lake. Tennis 1 minute from house.

Lebanon Springs is a charming country town, with antique stores, a Sat/Sun flea market, supermarket, tennis courts 1 minute down the road, and Queechy Lake a 5 minute drive away. There are a couple of really good restaurants in town (The Pillars, Marios etc.), so you don't have to travel far to have a good evening out. We even have our own terrific theatre - the Theatre Barn, in New Lebanon. -- Lebanon Springs is merely 12-15 minutes to Tanglewood Music Festival (summer) It's just south of Jiminy Peak (great skiing). It is in the center of the cultural activities in Lenox, Stockbridge, Chatham and Williamstown. There is theatre, opera, Shakespeare & Co., ballet, movies, museums, and shopping at great malls, all within a 20 minutes drive, north (Williamstown), south (Stockbridge, Lee, Lenox, Gt. Barrington), east (Pittsfield), and west (Chatham). We have it all within easy reach.

Experience the beauty of the Berkshires and its' culture: Tanglewood, Shakespeare & Company, Williamstown Theater, Berkshire Playhouse, Clark Art Museum, Barrington Stage Co.,etc. Many gourmet restaurants, boating, camping, swimming, hiking, theaters, opera, ballet, painting, dance. Lebanon Springs is midway between Williamstown and Stockbridge, and 10 minutes west of Pittsfield. Lebanon Springs is a sweet, country town quite near the sophistication of Lenox, Stockbridge and Williamstown. Other Activities: Alpine Slide, concerts at Tanglewood, Ski Jiminy Peak (winter) In summer there is swimming at Queecy Lake, a lovely beach, lifeguard. One minute to tennis courts. Near hiking trails. I am near all cultural activities: Tanglwood, Shakespeare & Co., Barrington Stage, MacHaydn Theater, Opera, etc., and wonderful restaurants. Equidistant to Williamstown, art galleries in Lenox (I myself am showing some paintings at the Lenox Gallery of Fine Art), Stockbridge. There are antique shops in town, auctions at Meisner's, a Sunday flea market, etc. A fun place all 4 seasons

Golf: I'm not a golfer, but the Pittsfield Country Club seems to have great golf - 10 minutes away.

Ski: I am ten minutes from Jiminy Peak, a great family ski area, with restaurants, ski-wee school for children, etc. Plan ahead for ski season. A fun place all 4 seasons.

Notes: My charming country home is a two story house, with three bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, a den, and another bathroom downstairs. Upstairs each of two bedrooms have comfortable double beds. The third bedroom has twin beds. The main floor has a den with a daybed, and can sleep one adult, or two children. There's also a pull out couch in the living room. There is an eat in kitchen, as well as a lovely, full dining room. There are two fireplaces, one in each of the two living rooms. Bucolic Setting and Charming Home

We had a very good time staying at Barbara's house with its charm of yesteryear and its bucolic setting. The back yard is particularly peaceful which can be enjoyed from the screened porch or from an open deck. We had the hummingbirds there quite a lot at the red impatiens on the front porch and at the lantana by the screened porch. Both the screened porch and front porch, depending on the sun, were great to relax/read in. We also saw an owl in the tree at the edge of the property. We got over to Queechy Lake to swim , saw the 3 Tanglewood concerts (Fri, Sat and Sun), hiked at Beebe State forest and ate at Marios (very close to the house and recommended by Barbara.) The house was very comfortable, well-decorated and quaint with all the nooks and crannies, idiosyncrasies, and charm of an older/antique home.

A cozy beautiful house

My family spent a few days here. It's a beautiful house with all the traditional decor. I liked to have breakfast in the kitchen's breakfast area. We enjoyed our stay.
