Only 30 minutes drive north of Puerto Vallarta Airport is a beautiful and quaint fishing village of Sayulita, surrounded by green hills and white beaches. A place for many kind of relaxing vacation. The house 'Casa Mar y Montana' was built in 1999 and extended/upgraded since than. It is overlooking the ocean, mountains and the quaint fishing village of Sayulita. It features 2 individually decorated charming studios with king-size beds, a lounging area and private bathrooms. The kitchen with dining area is perfectly equipped and offers a beautiful back patio with barbecue and a flowering vine roof. Beautiful ocean views are enjoyed from all windows and patios. A fully furnished patio roof offers an additional dining area, a single bed and a hammock. There are numerous places to relax in privacy in and around the house and the tropical gardens. The house is only a 10 minute walk from the village and the main beaches. There are several beaches to choose from. Whether you prefer secluded natural beauties, surf beaches, safe swimming in a sheltered bay or hanging out in the restaurants and bars on the main beach, Sayulita offers it all. The property manager can be reached in the village, she speaks well english.

News 2009::: Depending on season, you can eat bananas, lemons or papayas from our garden. House and garden maintenance are provided during the week. The road to the house is cobblestoned, thus easy access with any car and a large parking area is available. Each unit is now furbished with a safety box. Cellular reception is now in town, and wireless internet access is available by provider. References can be provided on request.

Clean, spacious and in good proximity to the beach

We enjoyed this home for our family vacation. Great location for getting to and from the beach and town/shops. We rented the entire place. If only needed part, would rec. the upper suite. Beautiful view of ocean and mountain with doors opening to a large balcony. Nice areas for gathering with a larger group. appreciated the small fire pit they provided. One of the rooms on the main floor does not have a bathroom and shares with another room. This could be awkward if not the same group. Also wish that they had a pool, they have the room and we think they should put one in. The place was very clean when we arrived but maid service really did not occur at all. She showed up once and made the beds but that was it from what I could tell. Loved the new beds. Owner was great to work with. We would stay there again if lucky enough to go back. Enjoy!

One of your statement I do not understand: ..One of the rooms on the main floor does not have a bathroom and shares with another room.

Because both units have their own bath room, and each unit is for itself. The one unit has an optional door to the kitchen.

Did I read it wrong? Or do you mean the upstair room?
