OCEANSIDE: (3K,2S,P/T,QSS) ONLY 600 feet from beach! This stunning home offers the perfect quiet getaway for your family! Fabulous decor and unique furnishings are a delight and appreciated change from the typical "beachy" themes. Beautiful hardwood floors in the great room and lovely, yet comfortable, furnishings will make you feel right at home! Two master suites with decks! Enjoy warm summer evenings or crisp off season afternoons soaking in the hottub. Also available for your convenience are a mid level den with TV/VCR, sofa and chairs, a separate loft area with a queen sleeper sofa, park grill, gas fireplace (off season) in the great room, two master bedrooms with possible third master if bathroom door connected to den is locked. Nice views from the 11 window loft! Located in the exclusive Pine Island development, this home is only 150 feet to the community pool (closes end of September) and tennis courts. Pine Island also offers biking and jogging paths, a childrens playground, basketball goal.
Bed Linens provided between 5/22/2010 and 9/10/2010 with a full week rental (Discounted weeks excluded). Bath Linens are available for an additional $125 plus tax.
