This extra-convenient, 2-story, 4-bedroom house is set up for short term rentals. It's close to everything. Walk three blocks to large grocery store and restaurants. Ubers are close by and easy to get quickly.

It has a remodeled kitchen and baths, plus new and refinished floors, done in 2016.

One Queen Bed downstairs, plus two Queen Beds and Twin/trundle upstairs. Option to add another full bed in downstairs study. Details as follows:

Two bedrooms and full bath downstairs; two bedrooms and full bath upstairs. One downstairs bedroom is set up as a study, but desk is movable to allow adding a normal full bed. Just let us know how you would like the house to be configured.

Great location and room for plenty!

The owners were extremely helpful and welcoming. We had a full house and they even set up extra beds for our group. This is in a great location in Houston and close to everything. The neighborhood is nice and always felt extremely safe. We will definitely stay with them again.

Why they chose this property

This 2,150 square foot house in a very desirable neighboorhood is comfortable, very convenient, and much of it was remodeled in 2016. There is ample off-street parking, and multiple Ubers are usually close by. You can pull a car less than 10 steps from the front door ...

You'll be about 10 minutes from the Medical Center and MD Anderson, and under 10 minutes from the Galleria, downtown, Minute Maid, Toyota Center, and about 12 minutes to NRG (formerly Reliant) Stadium. We're also about 5 minutes from Highland Village, and less than a 1 mile walk to Lakewood Church (formerly the Compaq Center).
